Back The most exciting news is our church plant, Faith Family Christian Church—Hong Kong! Every week FFC is growing with new members—and excitement. In the picture above are people who, thanks to God and FFC, have been delivered from smoking, contemplating suicide, living in wrong relationships (numerous kinds) and many other vices of the devil; some were gang members who fought with knives, jobless, physically abused, manipulated by employers, abused and beaten by parents, rejected by parents, and demonically influenced—however since FFC moved to our new location in downtown Hong Kong, only 5 months ago, these lives have been forever changed. In July, FFC started meeting in the HITEC convention center, adjacent to the old airport, in Kowloon Bay on the East side of the Hong Kong city area. Every Sunday morning, the Fischer family loads up their minivan with all the sound equipment and materials for the service, the four kids squeeze into the middle seat, as they head to church to set up for the service.
FCC has been well received with its “youthful style”, contemporary worship, and strong, “loving family” atmosphere. The Worship…

FFC is emerging with sweeping influence among the younger generation of HK Chinese. You, the partners who have supported us, have enabled us to impact this international city of seven million people. We’ve only just begun and the progress is energizing. Last Sunday, 33 people attended FFC and every Sunday new visitors arrive and others decide to call FFC their church home. Our vision extends years into the future as we take these first teens and twenty-year olds, and train them to be the next generation of leaders, reaching and raising up other Chinese and carrying the Gospel into the ripe, harvest field of the over One Billion Chinese of the Mainland. We now extend to you, who have sown into these precious people, the warmest invitation to come and visit them personally. If you are a preacher, come and preach; if you just love Chinese people, join one of our Faith to the Nations trips and come make a personal difference—you—and they—will never be the same! One other exciting event came to Hong Kong—the Olympic Equestrian events! As Hong Kong has state of the art horse boarding and care facilities, due to their horse-racing venues, it seemed only logical to hold the horse completion events here. The Fischer family was able to attend one of the qualifying events and it was a wonderful show. Below, as acclaimed by some to be one of the world’s best female horse jumpers, the USA’s own, Beezie Madden, riding her horse, Authentic, rode a perfect round. She later would win a gold medal in team jumping and bronze in a thrilling, 6-horse jump-off tiebreaker. In the picture below, on the right, she is waving directly at the Fischer family standing and cheering in the stands and vigorously waving a large, US flag, protruding amidst a sea of seated Chinese onlookers. We love you all, we consider ourselves an extension of you here.
